I ordered from drsmoke.com and it was just alright. The product worked fine and everything, but it didn’t feel as solid as I was expecting. Flavor was decent, not bad or anything, just not really wow either. For the price I guess it’s okay, but I don’t think I’d be in a big hurry to buy it again.

I had an issue with my unit and reached out to Dr Smoke about the warranty. I wasn’t sure if I was making a big deal out of it or if I’d done something wrong, but they got back to me really quickly and handled everything without any hassle. Happy with how it all went

I found a promo code while checking out and ended up saving a bit more than I thought I would. The whole order process was simple and didn’t really give me any trouble. I’d probably use it again.

They did a decent job keeping me updated throughout the process, which I appreciated. I wasn’t always totally thrilled with how everything went, but at least I wasn’t left wondering what was happening.

Luckily, nothing was completely broken, but the corner of the package was crushed, which made me nervous while opening it. For smoke-related items, I would’ve expected better protection, since I’d assume they’d know these products need to be packed a little more securely.
The shipping time itself was fine, so I can’t really complain there. But the packaging definitely made me hesitant to order again unless they improve it. Even a little bubble wrap would’ve made a big difference.

I ordered from drsmoke and everything showed up exactly how I asked for it, the flavors were right, the quantity matched, nothing was missing or messed up, and even though shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, the order itself was correct so I can’t complain too much, solid 4 stars.

Checkout was fast and simple. I’m sure everything went through without any issues, at least I didn’t run into any problems.

The store was alright—pretty clean overall, I guess. The counters looked fine, but I did notice some dust on a few shelves, and the floor by the door could’ve used a quick sweep. Not a bad place at all!! Just kind of average, you know?

I haven’t had to keep checking the charger every few hours, which is exactly what I was hoping for. So far, the battery life has been solid and I haven’t run into any big issues
